A Trauma-Informed Finance & Business Coach who helps heart-led entrepreneurs grow with more clarity, confidence, and ease — without burning out or losing touch with why they started.
I bring the strategy and structure (I’m a PCC Certified Coach, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and ELI Certified) but also the soul — making business growth feel simple, sustainable, and deeply human.
My passion is supporting soulpreneurs, coaches, and healers in their first few years of business, when the doubts, financial overwhelm, and endless “to-dos” can feel like too much to carry alone. With the right systems and support, you really can build momentum and create the impact you’re here for.
And when I’m not coaching? You’ll probably find me on the pickleball court! 🎾
📖 How It All Began..
I started out in corporate finance — crunching numbers, leading projects to simplify processes and helping corporate teams be more cost efficient.. I was “successful” on paper with my 6 figure paycheck… but still feeling like something was missing…
I loved building systems, empowering leaders and solving problems, but I kept feeling unfulfilled.
One day, after realizing that while I had everything I wanted on paper — a great job, salary, autonomy and high visibility title — I still felt unfulfilled, I knew I wanted to take my experience in finance, systems, and leadership and channel it toward helping entrepreneurs that feel the call to build a passion based business.
So I left my secure corporate life and built my own business from the ground up. At first, this was a rocky ride — navigating multiple burnouts, wasting money on business courses & bad business hires, self-doubt on what my niche is, and soul-crushing failures that kept me half-assing my business for years, all while learning firsthand what actually works to grow a business without losing yourself in the process.
And now, I enjoy running my business MY WAY, with clarity and confidence, that impacts the world and people around me, while also having the freedom to set my day the way I want.

🤓 Fun Facts:
➤ Even though I have really healthy habits today, I grew up very overweight. I figured out how to use slow habit change to help me lose 130lbs and keep it off for 15+ years. It was life changing for me but also helped me in my career to see the importance of slow habit and consistency vs changing everything at once in one’s life.
➤ My favorite way to recharge and balance entrepreneurship is playing video games, cooking healthy versions of classic recipes or watching college football with my friends.
➤ I could spend hours playing Pickleball. I love how fast paced it is and the opportunities to grow and get better while also being a fun way to make new friends.
➤ Thanks to growing up with a grandma that taught me card games at the age of 4, I am really good at strategy games like Pinochle, Cribbage or video games like Hearthstone that involve analysis and planning– it’s no surprise I love helping others plan their business!
